The clients wanted to extend their family home to increase living space, create a new master suite and provide more storage space for their outdoor equipment
Their home is an older property with high ceilings downstairs, lower ceilings upstairs and incredible views up the river Tay. They had space to extend to the side of the house, having built a small extension to the rear a few years previously.
The extension incorporates a large master bedroom with glazed gable giving a panoramic view out across the river towards Dundee. To the rear is a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite.
The front elevation features the glazed gable over bi-fold doors at ground floor level, giving access from new playroom to the front garden.
