The client approached us looking to replace an existing conservatory with an extension. They initially just wanted to re-roof the conservatory, but after exploring several design possibilities and their likely costs, they decided a complete extension was the best option for them.
The new extension extends the full width of the house and a large opening is made in the rear wall to link the refurbished kitchen to the new extension creating a contemporary kitchen/dining/living space. The space flows out to the rear garden via new sliding doors. Other works are planned to create a new downstairs shower room within the existing garage.
