Initial design ideas for your particular property and an assessment of the likelihood of being granted planning permission.
Spatial Constraints - is there physically enough space to convert it to habitable space?
Access - where could you put stairs to access it?
Structure - Would existing structure be suitable for conversion? or what would be required to upgrade the existing.
Dormer windows and roof lights and changes to the roof shape.
Ideas for removing walls, re-configuring kitchen and dining area, adding bedrooms
Assessment of planning constraints.
General Condition of the House
Assessment of external fabric, roof covering, windows and doors and suggestions for remedial works required.
