The client approached us with a view to converting the large, empty loft and remodelling the ground floor of the house. We made strategic alterations to the ground floor to optimise the layout, fit new stairs in and retain 4 bedrooms overall within the house. The kitchen and dining room in the existing house were small and unsuitable and we developed the layout to create an open plan kitchen/dining space which opens into the lounge through glazed sliding doors.
The project was successfully completed, from initial meeting to finishing building works on site within 9 months.
