The brief for this project was to convert a disused farm steading building into a 3 bedroom annexe to the adjoining Farmhouse. The property is listed so additional planning constraints meant we had to be quite reserved in the proposals and respect the history of the existing structure. The design features a central double height living space, open to the kitchen with exposed original timber beams and a new wood burning stove. Bedrooms are created to the first floor with utility and bathrooms underneath, either side of the central space.
