Our Client wanted a small garden room extension to make better connection from the house to the back garden. We looked at various forms and designs and the preference was for a glazed gable with french doors to the side.
The proposal is classed as "Permitted Development" as it falls within certain size limitations. Therefore it did not require formal Planning Permission. However, to ensure legality, its always best to apply for a Certificate of Lawful Development before starting any work.
The project is now being detailed for Building Warrant and will hopefully be on site through the summer.
